To all those who remain present and active in the anti-authoritarian struggle, a fraternal, subversive anarchist greeting, from the prison confinement where we resist in our daily lives the continuous onslaughts of power, the passage of time, the ups and downs of history and we continue to raise our fists.
I speak in the plural because my resistance is not only individual but is the practical evidence of a collective struggle that has taken place without any pause in the prison and in the street together with a universe of herds that confront and resist to the millimeter the society built from the hierarchies that sustain the state, the prison and the capital.
It has already been 16 years and 9 months in prison in this last period. On December 16, 15 years since we were expelled from Neuquén, Argentina, and handed over to the Chilean authorities to be tried and sentenced in processes plagued by irregularities in which we are hostages of the state at the discretion of its rotten Judiciary.
In my case, for two bank robberies, I was sentenced to 14 years. I have already said it on countless occasions, but while I am locked up I will not remain silent about what I have to live, even more so when this sentence was fully served on December 16 of last year. In other words, a little more than a year ago I should have been in the street.
They keep me locked up after long years because there is a great revenge of Power, a manifest secret that does not resist a rigorous review of its own legality that is endorsed by all the institutions as an expression of the body that defends the current state of things always at the service of its privileges.
And without stopping, our present struggle in recent years is for the annulment of the sentences of the military justice of the dictatorship still in force. They are the sentences that power uses as an excuse to keep me locked up.
They validate dirty sentences full of the nefarious dust of Pinochet’s justice and it is at this very moment that the Broad Front together with the Communist Party as the central axis of the current government endorse and justify it with the always sinister “Reason of State” and in this way transforming themselves into active accomplices with the most nefarious legal mark in the history of this country.
In my case, the use of the criminal law of the enemy, typical of counterinsurgency, is manifested, which is expressed in all the political, legal, police, penitentiary spheres of the domain.
The call is to multiply the permanent agitation to sweep away this disastrous legacy of the dictatorship that still operates and to extend active solidarity and insurrectionary complicity with those of us who resist the daily confinement of the prison.
On the other hand, as an indestructible bond with the black subversive memory of the anarchic and antagonistic, the words are used to express the immense pain of the physical loss, a few months ago, of Luciano Tortuga and Belén Navarrete, who for me represent people, giant comrades who transcend, and for whom I thank life for having had powerful bonds of brotherhood and friendship that will never be erased.
A loud cry of greeting to the memory of the Angry fallen 11 years ago and who in his life is united by the insurrectionary anarcho-vegan bond with the Tortu and Belén… An unwavering position of combat for total liberation.
A greeting to the rebels who populate the prisons of the world aiming their struggle towards the total destruction of prison society. In the Iberian Peninsula Toni Chavero and his fasts and solidarity strikes with the struggle we are leading. To Jaime Jiménez Arbe and his dignified resistance to the confinement. In Mexico, Miguel Peralta for his recent words of support and solidarity. In Greece in memory of the anarchist comrade Kyriakos Xymitiris and in solidarity with those accused of the Ampelokipoi case Dimitra Z, Dimitris, Nikos Romanos and A.K.
To all the comrades who are prisoners who resist with dignity in the courts of power. To all the comrades, like-minded, friends and loves who remain firm on this path and demonstrated in different territories within the framework of the recent week of internationalist agitation for my departure to the street.
In my case, 2025 is a year of important legal decisions and therefore it is necessary to continue extending the solidarity agitation to strengthen our demand for a way out to the street.
Cheers and long live to all those who throw themselves and dare to go on the offensive against power!!
