This is a proposal to meet between anarchists of various latitudes regardless of borders or flags, in order to share ideas, practices and experiences to put them into play in our everyday lives and in our particular contexts. It is not our intention to create a heavy or broad organization that brings together anarchists under the same voice or program; we rejoice in diversity and strength of affinity and solidarity and, from what may arise. Always taking into account what we do not want, that for us, is to not add to the progressive, conservative, technophile, citizen, statist, capitalist whirlpool in its thousand and one forms that it can take, either coming from left or right sectors. Since in the last years, it has managed to manipulate history and anarchist proposals for offering everything but anarchy and yes, hypocritical solutions and speeches that underpin the power that we fight.
There are few places where we can find ourselves and the overwhelming media force of social networks and their social engineering, they have led to immerse ourselves even more in the show, consumption, confinement, fear and disarticulation, added to the different repressive blows to the anarchist galaxy on planet Earth. Given this, you see the call to re-strengthen networks to continue expanding and enhancing our love for revolt and disobedience, but every time with more information, with more caution, with more memory and looking for the means to be able to take advantage and articulate our past stories in the fight against all authority. That is why, far from mitigating/sanctifying the past and the memory of anarchist characters and stories, we prefer to generate discussions about current realities, without reveries of a prolific future, nor nostalgia of an always better past. We conform – and it is not little – with practicing an anarchist ethic in the here and now, to evade misery, exploitation and sadness imposed, the rest is always to be seen.
We know that the global context we face and we will face is characterized by a rebound of fascism (broad and diverse), of a hypocritical, integrative and appeasing left (also wide and with fascistic dyes), of an exacerbated anthropocentrism, although they try camouflaging, technological, industrial and digital development that aim the wars, to surveillance and control, dispossession and destruction of the earth and its inhabitants for the sake of progress. We are at the edge of a new era of domination that will have incomparable consequences.
Therefore, we call on the anarchist comrades who are feel affinity to find us at the International Fair of Anarchist Agitation and Culture, to be held in Monte Blanco Veracruz, in an encampment without electricity, with the seriousness and joy it deserves, to share and remain part of the anarchist tension against the State, capital, patriarchy and all authority.
Even if everything is lost: do not sell out, do not surrender and never betray!
