A call for the Palestinian people and its resistance to lay down arms is a stab in the struggle of our people and the blood of its martyrs, and contradicts the simplest principles of legitimate liberation struggle.
The call to drop the resistance rifle is also a rejection of the olive branch, as there is no value or meaning to any concept of peace or achieving any of our people’s goals with a settler enemy who believes that there is no such thing as the Palestinian people and that our people are merely human animals to be exterminated. The ongoing open massacre in Gaza speaks of something more dangerous and far-reaching than that.
We in the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine – General Command affirm that no party has the right to override our people’s legitimate right to resistance, foremost of which is armed struggle. Our people, who have been struggling for a century and after all their great sacrifices, have not and will not surrender to the pressures of the times and the harshness of what they are going through due to an Arab and Islamic reality that is mostly defeated and lacking identity and will.
The historic challenges facing our Palestinian cause require reconsidering the reality of the Palestinian house and the institutions of the Palestine Liberation Organization to express the concept of the national liberation movement instead of seeking solutions and maps that contradict the pride, history, identity, and liberation struggle of our great people.
A revolution until the liberation of the land and the people.
