The attendees agreed upon the following:
The attendees began their meeting by extending greetings to the masses of the Palestinian people in the homeland and the diaspora, particularly our people in Gaza, and to the martyrs, prisoners, and the wounded, in appreciation of their steadfastness and sacrifices. They affirmed the necessity of completing all efforts to end the suffering and achieve a better future for our people and our national cause.
The attendees also renewed their appreciation for the Arab, Islamic, and international efforts, including those of President Trump, aimed at stopping the war on Gaza.
The Palestinian factions affirmed that the current stage demands a unified national position and a national political vision based on unity of word and destiny, and the rejection of all forms of annexation and displacement in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and Al-Quds.
They condemned the occupation parliament’s preliminary approval of the law to “Apply Israeli Sovereignty over the West Bank,” considering it a dangerous aggression against Palestinian identity and existence. They valued President Trump’s decision to halt this move and his promise that it would not be repeated. They also stressed that national unity is the decisive response to these policies and affirmed the necessity of taking all steps to achieve it.
1- Support and continue the implementation of the ceasefire agreement measures, including the withdrawal of occupation forces from the Gaza Strip, the complete lifting of the siege imposed on it, the opening of all crossings including the Rafah crossing, the entry of all humanitarian and health needs, and the start of a comprehensive reconstruction process that restores normal life to the Strip and ends the suffering of the citizens.
2- Handing over the administration of the Gaza Strip to a temporary Palestinian committee of independent “technocrats” from the Strip. This committee will manage daily affairs and basic services in cooperation with Arab brethren and international institutions, on a basis of transparency and national accountability. An international committee shall be established to oversee the financing and implementation of the Strip’s reconstruction, while affirming the unity of the Palestinian political system and the independent national decision.
3- Taking all necessary measures to preserve security and stability in all parts of the Strip, emphasizing the importance of obtaining a UN resolution regarding the temporary UN forces to be formed to monitor the ceasefire.
4- Calling for an end to all forms of torture and violations against prisoners in occupation prisons, and the necessity of obligating the occupation to adhere to relevant international laws and conventions. They affirmed that the cause of the prisoners will remain at the top of our priorities until their freedom is achieved.
5- Continuing joint work to unify visions and positions to confront the challenges facing the Palestinian cause. This includes calling for an urgent meeting of all Palestinian forces and factions to agree on a national strategy and to activate the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO)—the sole legitimate representative of the Palestinian people—so that it includes all components and active forces of our Palestinian people.
The attendees concluded their dialogue by emphasizing that time is critical (lit. “time is from blood”) and the current moment is fateful. They affirmed to the Palestinian people their commitment to making this meeting a true turning point towards national unity in defense of our people and their right to life, dignity, and freedom; to safeguard the trust of the Palestinian cause, the rights of future generations, and their right to self-determination and the establishment of their independent state with its capital in Al-Quds, in a manner that ensures the right of return for Palestinian refugees.
The attendees also extended their thanks to the Arab Republic of Egypt, under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, and to the mediators for their efforts in supporting and assisting the Palestinian cause.
