The International Committee in Support of the People’s War in India calls on the entire world proletariat, revolutionary and democratic organizations, to actively participate in the protracted campaign against Operation Kagaar.
We cannot allow the Hindu-fascist-genocidal Modi government to carry out its plans to wipe out the CPI (Maoist) by the end of March 2026.
That is why, as the International Committee, we are launching a series of proposals and actions to oppose Modi’s genocidal plans with proletarian internationalism.
The future of our comrades in India is our future; as such, we cannot stand still and wait for the extermination of our comrades.
More than ever, it is time to act and fight tooth and nail against Operation Kagaar and the Hindu-fascist genocidal Modi government. Therefore, we propose the following actions:
- Extraordinary spread, in all possible languages on the internet and among the proletarians and masses, of the CPI (Maoist) message for the 21st anniversary of the foundation of the CPI (Maoist) against the infamous campaign of imperialism and the Modi regime regarding the “end of the people’s war” and the capitulation of the Party.
- A Protracted Emergency Campaign against Operation Kagaar, addressed to the proletarians and peoples of the world, with an international delegation to India. The members of the delegations, designated by committees, parties, and organizations, as well as the date and method of travel, will be determined by the end of November.
- An international proletarian and internationalist demonstration on March 21 or 28 in a major European city against Operation Kagaar in support of the people’s war and the CPI (Maoist). Other contemporaneous demonstrations will be held in Latin America, Asia, Africa, and the United States, if participation in the international demonstration in Europe is not possible. The date and location of this international event will be determined in December, and the call and poster will be published on January 1, 2026.
