The Trump administration, acting as the enforcer of the military-industrial complex, has unmasked its true nature: a doctrine of “preemptive strike” that seeks to annihilate any center of national sovereignty that dares to challenge Washington’s dictates.
The Axis of Evil: A Neocolonial Construct
When imperialism targets the sister nation of Iran, it does so not because of its nuclear program—a cynical pretext that pales in comparison to the Zionist arsenal—but because of what Tehran represents: a pole of anti-imperialist resistance at the heart of global energy. The threat is explicit and multifaceted: the empire has declared that its objective is to “eliminate” the triad of dignity comprised of Venezuela, Cuba, and Iran.
This alliance between the “Yankee empire” and the Zionist state of Israel is not a tactical coincidence, but an ideological and military symbiosis. While Israel acts as a land-based aircraft carrier in West Asia to destabilize Iran, Washington uses the criminal blockade against Cuba and the siege against Venezuela to try to break the will of the peoples of the Global South.
Ukraine and the Programmed Attrition
On the world chessboard, the conflict in Ukraine serves a perverse purpose for the Pentagon: the systemic attrition of the Russian Federation. The aim is to bog Moscow down in a war of attrition that drains its resources and attention, leaving the way clear for the Western war machine to concentrate on “striking forward” against Iran.
The imperial logic is clear and terrifying: “the best defense is a good offense.” By precipitating a large-scale escalation, the empire seeks to:
Reconfigure the energy map. Control the hydrocarbon reserves of Iran and Venezuela to sustain a decaying financial system.
Isolate centers of conscience. Destroy examples of socialist resistance in Latin America and sovereign Islamic republicanism.
Discipline the world.
Send a message of terror to the emerging powers of BRICS+, warning that no one is safe from the imperial claw.
The Hour of Resistance and Global Consciousness
We are at a civilizational crossroads. The world teeters on the brink of global conflagration because the empire prefers the destruction of the planet to accepting the transition to a multipolar and multicentric world. As revolutionaries, our task is not only the academic analysis of geopolitics, but also the forging of internationalist class consciousness.
The aggression against Iran is an aggression against Venezuela; the bombing in West Asia has repercussions for the blockade in the Caribbean. Solidarity among oppressed peoples must be as global as the oppression we face. Truth is our most powerful weapon: the empire is mortally wounded, and its desperate flailing is the most dangerous, but history belongs to those who fight.
