From a written claim of responsibility made by HBDH (Peoples’ United Revolutionary Movement) Cafer Cangöz Militia: We carried out a sabotage action against a Ural brand armored police vehicle with a special technique in Sarıyer on Monday, May 2nd. As a result of our sabotage, the police vehicle overturned. 1 policeman died, 2 policemen were seriously injured.
