HBDH Nubar Ozanyan Militia carried out two separate actions in Bursa and Istanbul. We share the details of the protests with the public.
1) On December 13, a car belonging to fascists was set on fire in the Nilüfer district of Bursa.
2) On December 13, a bus was hit with a Molotov and set on fire in the Yıldıztabya neighborhood of Istanbul’s Eyüp district.
After the action, our militias retreated safely to their areas. After the collapse of the Baath regime in Syria, while suffering and death are still rampant in the regions dominated by the gangs directly controlled by the Turkish state, which is described as “oppositionist” by the fascist Turkish state and other global powers, a future of equality and peace for the peoples of Syria does not seem possible under the rule of reactionary groups. Since the first day of the attacks, the YPG and YPJ fighters, who have been fighting heroically to protect their lands and the revolution by not surrendering to the ISIS mentality, have protected the people by not allowing the invading Turkish army and the gangs under its command to pass, and have once again proved to the whole world that the Rojava Revolution is an alternative social system.
Despite the calls for a ceasefire and dialogue, the occupying Turkish army and the gang groups under its command continue their attacks and threaten the lives and property of our people in the civilian settlements they enter, and execute civilians, prisoners and wounded in violation of international war rules and morality. Against this fascism, everyone must take to the streets and prevent invasion and massacre attacks. We call on the youth, women and all revolutionary-patriotic dynamics, especially the Militia of the United Revolution, to target the institutions of the Turkish state, the occupying army members, their collaborators and all kinds of people and institutions serving the AKP-MHP fascist regime, starting from the Turkish metropolises and to Bakur Kurdistan with all the means at their disposal!
The day is the day to resist with the spirit of Kobane and to embrace the Rojava Revolution!
Long live HBDH!
