Palestinian factions on Monday reacted to the stabbing operation at the central bus station in occupied Haifa, which resulted in the killing of a settler and multiple injuries.
Hamas described the attack as a natural response to Zionist crimes against the Palestinian people in the West Bank and al-Quds, the ongoing blockade on Gaza, Zionist plans to depopulate the Jordan Valley, and continued violations against Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The group affirmed that the “Resistance will continue until the demise of the occupation and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with al-Quds as its capital.”
It called on Palestinians in the West Bank, al-Quds, and the territories occupied in 1948 to intensify confrontations with the occupation and engage in all possible forms of resistance, particularly during the month of Ramadan.
Zionist security failures
On its part, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) movement also emphasized that the Haifa operation was a natural response to ongoing Zionist crimes against the Palestinian people and a reaffirmation of Palestinians’ commitment to their land and the path of resistance.
The PIJ stated that the Palestinian people’s persistence in retaliating against Zionist aggression underscores the failure of the regime’s security apparatus to achieve its so-called security.
It added that Israeli military operations serve no purpose other than repression, abuse, and massacres.
Calls for intensified confrontations
Meanwhile, the Palestinian Resistance Committees described the Haifa operation as a natural response from a people facing starvation and genocide at the hands of the “Zionist-American enemy,” which seeks to uproot and displace them from their homeland.
The Resistance Committees called on Palestinians and Resistance fighters to remain steadfast, intensify confrontations, and step up resistance operations inside occupied territories to strip settlers of any sense of security until liberation and return are achieved.
Additionally, the al-Mujahideen Movement in Palestine stated that the latest operation dealt another security blow to the Zionist intelligence and security services, reaffirming that there is no safe place for Zionists in Palestine.
The movement saluted Palestinian Resistance fighters confronting oppression and arrogance, urging them to step up top-tier operations deep inside the occupation entity.

The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine – General Command congratulates the heroic stabbing operation that was carried out at a bus stop near a shopping mall in Haifa, which led to the death of a settler and the injury of others. We mourn the heroic perpetrator, and we affirm that the crimes of the occupation and its aggression against Gaza and the West Bank will not go unpunished and will not weaken the resolve of our people and their resistance.
The Front also affirms that all the criminal projects of the Zionist enemy, and its attempts to subjugate our Palestinian people, or break their will to resist, or displace them from their land and homes; will be shattered in the face of the will and bravery of this people and their valiant resistance, and their free and proud youth.
We highly value the jihad and resistance of our youth in the occupied West Bank, and we call on our people to escalate the resistance and confront the Zionist attack, confuse the occupier and thwart his plans, and let them know that there is no safety for them and their settler gangs except by leaving our land and our holy sites.
