Palestinian groups across Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza, have launched a large number of attacks on both the IDF as well as several Israeli settlements.

Below is listed attacks that have taken place in retaliation for the Al-Aqsa raid:

The towns of Mai Ami, Nahael, Al-Mughayyir, Elon Moreh, Beita, Areeha, Sderot, Ivim, Nir Am, Beit El, and Otniel have been attacked by gunfire and homemade explosives.

The IDF Jaba, Attara, Dotan, Jalameh, Surra, Marj Ibn Amer, Al-Tur, Ebal, Al-Hamra, Salem, Shavei Shomron, Beit Furik, and Huwara military checkpoints have been attacked by gunfire and explosives. One IDF soldier has been confirmed shot at the Shavei Shomron checkpoint.

Rockets fired from Gaza toward Sderot, Ivim, Asqalam, Gavim, Mabuim, and Nir Am, with a direct hit reported in Sderot. A house and a factory were said to be hit, with no word on potential casualties, though first aid responders were sent to the impact sites.

Clashes have taken place in Jenin, Nablus, Areeha, Ramallah, Beit Ummar, Al-Aramshe, and Tubas. One IDF soldier has been confirmed shot in the clashes in Beit Ummar, who was evacuated via ambulance.

For two straight nights, April 5 and 6, Israeli forces attacked worshippers at Al Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.

The attacks came as Muslims marked the Ramadan holy month. Palestinian militants in the Gaza Strip renewed their rocket fire at Israel.

The Palestinian Red Crescent reported at least six people were injured. The Islamic Waqf authorities, which manages the AlAqsa compound, said police fired stun grenades and rubber bullets to disperse the crowds.

More Palestinians had gathered in the mosque, responding to calls by Waqf to pray inside overnight. At one of the mosque entrances, police officers could be seen escorting dozens of Palestinians out of the compound.

Early on Wednesday, Israeli police stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque, firing stun grenades at Palestinians who hurled stones and firecrackers in defense. Palestinian militants in Gaza responded with rocket fire on southern Israel, prompting repeated Israeli airstrikes.

Early Wednesday morning, but in the evening, Palestinian militants fired two more rockets from Gaza, with one falling short inside Gaza and the other falling near the security fence separating Gaza from Israel.

Medics from the Palestinian Red Crescent said that at least 50 people were injured.

Israel unleashed rare airstrikes on Lebanon and continued bombarding the Gaza Strip on Friday, April 7, killing 2 people.

Later the day fighting on Israel’s northern and southern borders subsided after dawn, and midday prayers at the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem passed peacefully.

A Palestinian shooting attack in the Israeli-occupied West Bank killed two women near an Israeli settlement just hours later.

The early morning Israeli strikes followed an unusually large rocket barrage fired at Israel from southern Lebanon — what analysts described as the most serious cross-border violence since Israel’s 2006 war. The defensive action took place after Israeli police raided the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem earlier this week.

A flock of sheep was also killed when the Israeli missiles struck an open field near the Palestinian refugee camp of Rashidiyeh. Other airstrikes hit a bridge and power transformer in the nearby town of Maaliya and damaged an irrigation system providing water to orchards in the area.

Over 130,000 worshippers poured into the compound for midday prayers on Friday, which ended without incident. Before dawn prayers, chaos had erupted at one of the entrances to the esplanade as Israeli police wielding batons descended on crowds of Palestinian worshippers, who chanted slogans praising Hamas as they tried to squeeze into the site. An hour later, according to videos, people leaving the prayers staged a largescale protest on the limestone courtyard, with Palestinians raising their fists and shouting against Israel. Israeli police forced their way into the compound, inflaming tensions during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan.

Nearly 90 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli fire in the West Bank since the start of the year.
