Hours after Iran and the United States announced a ceasefire ending 40 days of aggression against the Islamic Republic, the zionist regime violated the truce on Wednesday by launching devastating strikes on civilian areas across Lebanon.
In response, the Hezbollah resistance movement carried out a series of retaliatory strikes on Thursday, targeting multiple zionist military and strategic installations.
Since early March, Hezbollah’s operations have been primarily focused on zionist military sites in the occupied territories, inflicting heavy and irreparable blows on the Zionist enemy.
The movement’s actions come in response to both the assassination of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, and the zionist regime’s relentless ceasefire violations over the past year.
The cessation of zionist-American attacks on all fronts, including in Lebanon, was a key component of the 10-point proposal that Washington agreed to as part of the ceasefire.
Iran has warned of severe retaliation if zionist attacks against Lebanon continue.

This Lebanese authority, with its President and Prime Minister, has reached a level of degradation, humiliation, and submission that cannot be accepted. We see that it has accepted from the criminal Netanyahu—the killer of children and women, and the killer of Lebanese people, who are Lebanese through and through, Mr. President Joseph Aoun—the exploitation of the ceasefire between Iran and criminal America to accept direct negotiations with Lebanon, through individuals imposed by the Zionists and Americans, and according to Israeli conditions aimed at eliminating Lebanon’s true sovereignty and turning this country into a Zionist colony led by an Israeli officer.
We, the families of the martyrs—the children, the women, the fighters, and those who sacrificed in defense of Lebanon and its people, who have watered the soil of this country with their blood—declare our strong condemnation of such humiliating negotiations for the Lebanese people. We, the Lebanese people, the source of authority in Lebanon, declare our absolute rejection of this dangerous step, which is being pursued by the mercenaries of the authority who take orders from the American embassy. We say plainly and unequivocally: the shoes of the fighters are more honorable than all the delegations, and whoever dares to receive Zionist negotiators in Lebanon will meet the same fate as the Zionist soldiers who tasted the might of the resistance men in Lebanon. We warn that no one can relinquish Lebanon’s sovereignty under any pretext and impose that on the true, honorable Lebanese, especially in the absence of a Lebanese component at a time when their sons are negotiating through bullets, rockets, and artillery.
We clearly declare that imposing negotiations and their results upon us, and negotiating with an enemy that kills our people day and night, is tantamount to opening a dangerous door and a slippery slope toward civil strife that the Zionists desire. It is also a dangerous gateway to eliminating the strength of Lebanon, its people, and its civilization.
