US and Israel Commit Historic Massacre While Threat of International War Looms

The US government and its Israeli client regime launched one of the worst colonial massacres, against a health facility, in the 21st century. The two states routinely target health workers, aid agencies, journalists, and other civilians in conflicts, but the scope of this particular attack was particuarly jarring for Gaza and for the world.

Founded 1882 and run by the Anglican church, Al Ahli Arab Hospital described itself on its website as “a haven of peace in the middle of one of the world’s most troubled places”. The hospital said it offered 80 beds with services such as a free programme to detect breast cancer, a centre for elderly women, and a mobile clinic offering free services to surrounding towns.

It is located in the Zeitoun neighbourhood of Gaza City, in the northern region of the Gaza Strip.

Before the strike the Zionist regime had attacked other health facilities and warned this one may be targeted. An IDF spokesman even claimed responsibility for the attack right after it happened, quickly deleting his tweet and making a ridiculous denail after the fact.

At least 500 people were killed in the US/Israeli strike.

US President Biden arrived shortly after to give diplomatic cover for the massascre, encourage further violence, and strategize about how to escalate the war. Neighboring puppet regimes — Jordan, Egypt and the illegitimate Palestinian Authority — canceled all meetings with the US in response to the massacre.

The US also vetoed another UN resolution that was trying to calm the situation.

It has also been reported that Netanyahu received approval from the Biden regime to press ahead with the ground invasion of Gaza.

Resistance

Protests have erupted all over the world, with particular intensity in the Middle East. The West Bank has seen continuous riots and armed actions against the occupiers and their puppets. Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade demanded Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian Authority puppet leader, step down as the head of its Martyrs and Prisoners Commission.

“We give him until Thursday evening to hand over the tasks he has seized,” and “if he does not do so, he will become a legitimate target for strikes by our Palestinian armed groups and people,” the statement read.

Jordan has seen an unprecedented wave of protests, as has Turkey, Qatar, Egypt, Iraq and Iran.

Iran issued a call for the Gulf States to launch an immediate oil embargo against Israel.

The Iraqi organization, Kataib Hezbollah, announced they launched two drone attacks against US bases in Iraq, stating this was their first of more attacks if the conflict continues.

Hezbollah in Lebanon increased their attacks against the settler occupation with missile attack, mortars, and anti-tank actions wounding and killing several IDF soldiers. The Israeli regime expanded its zone of conflict to 5km.

While from Gaza rocket fire continued to rain down on settler encampments reaching as far as Tel Aviv.

It has become increasingly clear that the US and its proxy, the Israeli state, are commited to shocking military escalation in the region. But its also clear that the US and Israel will likely face multiple opponents and be consumed in a conflict so wide and expansive that their hegemonic reign will be challenged like never before.
