An ambush hit an armored riot police bus in the Hayvan bazaar, on the road to Amed (Diyarbakır) and Merdîn around 5:00 am this morning. A car bomb exploded in the path of the anti-riot police bus in the Çarıklı neighborhood of the Sur district.
The 9 police officers occupying the bus were injured. The security forces and medical teams were dispatched to the area.
