Ten Paramilitaries Killed in Guerrilla Ambush in India

Ten paramilitaries from the Reserve Guard (DRG) district and their driver were killed in the explosion of an IED when they returned to the van of a counter-guerrilla operation in the Indian State of Chhattisgarh. The van was sprayed by the explosion that left a large crater on the road.

Wednesday’s attack on Wednesday, the most significant of the past two years, was carried out by guerrilla fighters in the Dantewada central district. Reinforcements from the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and the DRG were deployed in the surroundings.
