l would hate to see a major, significant PRISONERS’ RIGHTS CASE reach the docket of this court, as we might return to the pro slavery, pro colonial HANDS OFF DOCTRINE of the 1800s where the court held that as convicted persons prisoners were actual slaves of the states, where the U.S govt would not interfere, no matter the atrocities committed against us.
