Zionist Regime Launches New Offensive, Palestinian and Regional Axis Resists

The Zionist occupation, in collusion with US imperialism, announced it has expanded its ground operation against Palestinian society, to “every part” of the Gaza Strip. The occupation resumed its offensive Friday after a weeklong cease-fire expired.

As usual, the US-sponsored occupation targeted and specifically massacred civilians, while also facing fierce regional and local resistance.

An official from the Gaza government’s media office stated on Sunday that in the Shujaiya neighborhood Israeli occupation forces carried out a horrific massacre with more than 500 deaths reported.

The official pointed out that the situation in hospitals is tragic due to the lack of fuel and the bare minimum of medical supplies.

The government office emphasized that these crimes are carried out with full support and cover from the United States, highlighting Washington’s weapons provisions to the entity since day 1 of the war, which included various types and classes of military hardware, munitions, missiles, and heavy bunker buster bombs with 2,000 pounds of explosive warheads each.

In a report published on Friday by The Wall Street Journal, the newspaper revealed that the US has supplied “Israel” so far with 73,000 bombs and shells.

There was also a dire situation at Kamal Adwan Hospital due to the influx of wounded individuals, with dozens of corpses situated outside the hospital. Indiscriminate Zionist bombing targeted the al-Sikka area, Tal al-Zaatar, and the vicinity of Kamal Adwan Hospital.

There were 10 casualties in a Zionist attack on a house east of Rafah, and the death toll of the Azoum family in the al-Geneina neighborhood in Rafah reached 12, with ongoing efforts to locate missing individuals under the rubble. The occupation fighter planes also destroyed a mosque in the al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of the city in Gaza.

Occupation forces also bombed a house in the al-Nadim area in the Zaytoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City. Additionally, reports find a death toll of two people and 10 injured resulting from a Zionist bombing that targeted a house in the Khan Yunis refugee camp.

Zionist raids continue on northern Deir al-Balah and northern al-Qarara, where the occupation is trying to raid agricultural lands, while they also targeted a house in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood with five missiles.

Palestinian Resistance

Intense confrontations took place on Sunday between the Palestinian Resistance in Gaza and the “Israeli” invading forces along the Deir al-Balah axis in the central part of the Strip, as fighters continued to thwart Zionist plans to separate northern Gaza from its southern region.

On Sunday, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced the killing of eight occupation soldiers in an IED ambush targeting the colonial infantry unit in northeastern Khan Younis, in southern Gaza.

Furthermore, the Brigades claimed responsibility for targeting a Zionist D9 bulldozer with a Tandem shell and shelling a gathering of colonial soldiers with heavy mortars, also in northeastern Khan Younis. A Zionist tank and an armored personnel carrier were targeted in the same area with al-Yassin 105 shells, where occupation forces were attempting to advance.

On the same frontlines, the Resistance group announced that its fighters “targeted five Zionist vehicles east of Deir al-Balah with fidayeen explosive devices and al-Yassin 105 shells,” confirming the complete destruction of three vehicles.

In a significant operation, the Brigades revealed that its fighters targeted a Zionist special forces unit entrenched in a building in Beit Hanoun with anti-fortification TBG shells, confirming that the fighters later directly engaged with the unit and killed a number of its soldiers.

In Juhr al-Dik, located to the south of Gaza City, al-Qassam fighters monitored 60 occupation soldiers, who had set up camp in the area. According to the Brigades, the Resistance fighters had planted three anti-personnel explosive devices, encircling the camp.

At exactly 4:30 am (local time) on Sunday, the Resistance detonated the explosives, leaving casualties among the enemy force. A fighter then advanced to the point of the attack and opened fire at occupation forces, confirming that a large portion of the force was killed.

The Brigades also announced that its fighters had then retreated safely to their defensive positions.

The Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas Resistance movement, also announced Friday that its fighters targeted dozens of occupation soldiers at a location they had set up east of Juhr al-Dik.

Meanwhile, the National Resistance Brigades, the military wing of the Democratic Front, affirmed that its snipers targeted a soldier north of the al-Shouhada Junction in the Gaza Strip.

Elsewhere, the Al-Mujahideen Brigades, the military wing of the al-Mujahideen Movement, shelled an occupation force gathering in the western axis of Gaza City with medium-caliber mortar shells.

On its part, the Al-Quds Brigades of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) movement announced a series of operations conducted by its fighters on various fronts in the Gaza Strip.

The group’s Resistance fighters engaged in fierce confrontations with Zionist infantry in the Abu Haddaf area northeast of Khan Younis, while also targeting the invading forces with mortar shells and RPGs.

Regional Resistance

The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, Hezbollah, carried out several operations against colonial military targets and sites on Sunday.

The most prominent of the operations was against the “Beit Hillel” base. In this operation, Hezbollah fighters managed to hit an occupation target inside the base with a guided missile, despite it being over 3km away from the Lebanese border.

On that note, “Israeli” media admitted 11 were injured in the attack targeting a military vehicle with a guided missile at “Beit Hillel” in Upper al-Jalil.

Hezbollah announced on Sunday in separate statements that the Resistance carried out 8 operations against Zionist bases and sites in support of the Palestinian people and their steadfast Resistance.

The renewed attacks, which have been ongoing for three days, come after the Resistance halted operations against occupation targets during the temporary truce in Gaza that expired on Friday morning.

The Yemeni Armed Forces announced targeting the “Israeli”-owned Unity Explorer and Number 9 vessels in Bab al-Mandab Strait off the coast of Yemen, confirming direct hits on both.

In a statement, the spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, confirmed that Yemen’s military carried out two attacks on Sunday morning on Israeli-owned ships in the Bab al-Mandab Strait. The statement reads:

This morning, the naval forces of the Yemeni military, with the help of God Almighty, carried out a targeting operation against two Israeli ships in Bab Al-Mandab, namely the “Unity Explorer” ship and the “Number Nine” ship. The first ship was targeted with an anti-ship missile and the second ship with a naval drone.
The targeting operation came after the two ships rejected warning messages from the Yemeni naval forces.
The Yemeni armed forces will continue to prevent Israeli ships from navigating the Red and Arab Seas, until the Israeli aggression against our steadfast brothers in the Gaza Strip stops.
The Yemeni Armed Forces renew their warning to all Israeli ships or those associated with Israelis that they will be a legitimate target if they violate our terms.

Ansarallah also addressed US involvement in the Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip, stating, “The [US] managed the war on Yemen, and [it is also] managing the current war on Gaza and Palestine.”

He said the Yemeni Armed Forces are “engaged in a decisive battle against the Zionist and American enemy, and we will persist until the aggression on Gaza comes to an end.”

“The Americans and Zionists will be acting in absolute idiocy if they choose to commit an aggression on Yemen,” Saree stressed, confirming that the YAF will deliver a “strong and painful” response to such actions.

Five members of the Islamic Resistance in Iraq have been martyred as a result of a strike on Kirkuk, northern Iraq,

The Islamic Resistance in Iraq later mourned five of its fighters who “rose in the battle of right against falsehood, embodied by the American occupation forces in Iraq.”

Moreover, the Resistance in Iraq affirmed that it will remain steadfast in its confrontations against its enemies, promising to intensify its attacks against the US occupation forces, until they are “expelled, humiliated, and defeated from” Iraq.

Iraqi Resistance forces launched four separate attacks on the US occupation in Iraq and Syria. The Resistance targeted the US base at Erbil Airport with a suicide drone; the US “Kharab al-Jeer” base, in northeast of Syria, with a large rocket barrage; the US base in the Green Village in the Syrian depth with a suicide drone; and the US Ain al-Assad base, west of Iraq with a suicide drone.
