The spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces (YAF), Brigadier General Yahya Saree, announced Tuesday that the YAF Navy targeted the American oil tanker MADO in the Red Sea using appropriate naval missiles.
“Our forces fired several winged missiles at Zionist targets in the Umm al-Rashrash region in southern occupied Palestine,” he added.
Occupation forces acknowledged, for the first time, that a cruise missile coming from the direction of the Red Sea from Yemen struck territories in southern occupied Palestine near the “Eilat” settlement on Monday.
This is the “first time” that occupation authorities admit that a Yemeni aerial object entered occupied Palestinian airspace and exploded upon detonation, Zionist broadcaster Channel 13 reported.
The broadcaster said that the missile circumvented Zionist anti-air systems and impacted “Eilat” on Monday.
According to Channel 13, the cruise missile hit its target at 2:00 am (local time) on Monday.
The Zionist military claimed that the missile was being monitored by the Israeli Air Force but did not down it. However, it said that the incident is being investigated, raising question marks about a possible failure of the occupations anti-air systems.
Returning to Saree, he stressed that these operations come in support of the Palestinian people, who are still facing Zionist aggression and siege, and in response to the US and British aggression on Yemen.
Saree reiterated that the YAF’s military operations will not cease until the aggression on Gaza stops and the blockade imposed on the Palestinian people in the Strip is lifted.
It is noteworthy that the operations of the YAF against the Zionist entity and ships bound for the occupation — carried out in support of the people of Gaza until the aggression on the Strip ceases — have forced some companies to take alternative routes including a two-week detour around the tip of southern Africa.
The YAF reiterated that they only target clear and specific objectives to confront the enemy. However, they expanded their targets to include American and British forces following their involvement in aggression against Yemen, stressing that no other countries are being targeted by the YAF.
Ops. hit Indian Ocean, to be expanded to Cape Route
The Yemeni Armed Forces are heading toward expanding the scope of their operations conducted against the occupation forces’ war on the Gaza Strip, the leader of the Yemeni Ansarallah movement, Sayyed Abdul al-Malik al-Houthi, declared on March 14.
Sayyed al-Houthi’s announcement will reverberate across global politics, as he underlined that the YAF is heading toward launching attacks on vessels in the Indian Ocean that have been redirected toward the Cape of Good Hope Route, following attacks on merchant and military vessels affiliated with the tripartite Alliance of Evil of the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Zionist entity.
Avoiding missile and drone attacks from the Yemeni Navy in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea, ships heading toward Zionist-occupied ports have opted for the longer route of circling the African continent, paralyzing the occupied port in Um al-Rashrash or “Eilat”.
“Our Yemeni Armed Forces will carry on the Battle of the Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad in support of the Palestinian people in Gaza,” the leader of the Ansarallah emphasized on Thursday.
“Operations targeting Zionist-affiliated vessels and ships affiliated with the American and British sides are ongoing with high effectiveness,” he revealed.
‘Eilat’ Port comes to near complete halt in activity
the Jerusalem Post reported that ‘Eilat’ Port, the occupations southern sea gate, which is used for trade with the East Asia and Australia has found itself almost completely cut off from import and export activities. The Ansarallah campaign has succeeded in imposing a blockade on the occupation.
Gideon Golber, the CEO of ‘Eilat’ Port, told The Media Line that ship traffic at the port has completely stopped since the Houthi attacks began. “Every month, we had between 12 and 13 ships coming and going, and now we have 0,” he said.
Golber emphasized that the port’s primary import was cars, noting that 50% to 60% of cars imported into ‘Eilat’ came from East Asia. However, since new cars are no longer arriving, the number of cars in the port’s storage has been rapidly reduced. “In November, we had 50,000 cars stored in the port; now we have only 10,000. The car importers are taking the cars every day but no cars are coming through Eilat anymore,” he added.
Palestinian Resistance engages in fierce confrontations
Various Palestinian Resistance factions in Gaza confirmed Tuesday that their fighters carried out several operations and engaged in fierce confrontations against occupation forces in the vicinity of the al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City.
Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, confirmed that its Resistance fighters attacked a group of soldiers with a TBG shell, causing casualties among them near the hospital.
The Brigades’ fighters also targeted seven military vehicles with al-Yassin 105 shells.
On its part, al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) movement, mentioned that its fighters engaged with an occupation force using machine guns near the al-Shifa Medical Complex, inflicting casualties among the raiding troops.
Al-Quds Brigades fighters also targeted two Zionist military vehicles there using Tandem and RPG shells.
The Resistance group announced shelling concentrations of occupation troops west of the “Netzarim” settlement in the northern part of the central province of the Gaza Strip with rockets typed 107-mm rocket artillery.
Meanwhile, al-Mujahideen Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian al-Mujahideen Movement, said that its fighters engaged in fierce confrontation with occupation forces and their vehicles with various weapons near the al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City.
Similarly, al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades confirmed that its fighters engaged in fierce confrontations with the raiding occupation forces and their vehicles using machine guns and RPG shells near the al-Shifa hospital and targeted gatherings of occupation troops and vehicles with mortar shells in the “Netzarim” axis.
Palestinian Resistance factions also repelled the invading occupation forces in some areas of al-Qarara and al-Zanna, east of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
As the Palestinian Resistance persists in its operations to confront the incursions of the raiding forces, the occupation military admitted Tuesday to the killing of “a commander in the 401st Armored Brigade chief’s forward command team,” in battles in the vicinity of the al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City, which raises the number of Zionist troops killed since October 7 to 594, including 251 since the start of the ground invasion of Gaza.
On Monday, the occupation military also admitted to the killing of a First Sergeant in the Nahal Brigade in al-Shifa hospital battles.
Occupation media revealed that a special Zionist unit infiltrated the vicinity of the hospital before being surprised by a precise ambush set by the Palestinian Resistance factions.
Regional Resistance coordination continues
According to information, in addition to weapon manufacturing, the transfer of weapons to the Gaza Strip has not stopped during the war. Al-Hayya also revealed that “the command and control system of the resistance remains cohesive and strong.” Hamas continues to pay salaries to its full-time members and government employees despite the past six months of war.
Regarding truce negotiations, Al-Hayya presented the movement’s stance, which includes showing flexibility regarding the release of civilian prisoners on the condition that their release is part of a package that ultimately leads to four things: firstly, a comprehensive ceasefire; secondly, the withdrawal of the occupation army (which, according to Hamas leadership, will happen sooner or later); thirdly, the reconstruction of the Strip; fourthly, the return of displaced people to their homes.
According to the reports, the military leadership of the Martyr Izz El-Din Al-Qassam Brigades (the military wing of Hamas) sent a message to the political leadership of Hamas during their stay in Egypt last month, informing them that they can be firm in their demands and not to be affected by the pressure exerted by the enemy, confirming that they can continue fighting for several months, and that the most important thing is to alleviate the suffering of the people and to ensure a comprehensive ceasefire, no matter how long the war and negotiations last.
Returning to the Al-Hayya – Nasrallah meeting, Sayyed Hassan spoke about the support fronts (Iraq, Yemen, Lebanon), and informed the Hamas delegation that they can negotiate on behalf of these fronts, and that it is a pressure card in the hands of Hamas against the Zionist delegation in the negotiations. Nasrallah also hoped to make full use of the prisoners held by the Palestinian resistance until the end, as the American and Zionist enemies want the Palestinian resistance to hand over the Zionist prisoners, after which “Tel Aviv” would continue its attack on the resistance.
Currently, according to sources within the Palestinian resistance, “There are no military indicators of an imminent ground attack on Rafah,” as the occupation army, according to the resistance, needs time to rest and to make up for losses among its officers and soldiers.
The resistance is aware that Washington agrees with “Tel Aviv” on the military and authoritarian dismantling of Hamas, but the disagreement between them is how to achieve this without affecting America’s image, and Joe Biden’s reelection for a second term. Hamas sees that the current focus of humanitarian aid distribution in northern Gaza Strip, and depriving the south of it, aims to push the residents of southern Gaza towards the north, in case the enemy decides to launch its attack on Rafah. The same method was followed by the occupation at the start of the military campaign on northern Gaza (October 27, 2023), when communications were cut off from the north and residents were asked to head to south of Wadi Gaza.
As for the Palestinian resistance, it is confident of its victory in this battle against the enemy, and that the survival of its army in the Strip will not last, and will eventually leave.
Significant strikes from Lebanon
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon – Hezbollah continues to strike occupation sites and military outposts across the Lebanese-Palestinian border, confirming casualties in at least one attack on Tuesday.
At 2:40 pm (local time), the Resistance launched two simultaneous operations targeting occupation forces in the “Birket Risha” military site and a number of soldiers mobilized at the al-Malikiyah military site, confirming direct hits to both targets.
It is worth noting that the sites are located around 25 km apart, underscoring Hezbollah’s widespread presence across the southern border, despite 165 days of Israeli aggression on Lebanon.
Less than an hour later, the Islamic Resistance targeted an occupation force in the vicinity of the al-Tahyat Hill in the occupied al-Jalil Panhandle, at 3:30 pm. Hezbollah fighters fired multiple artillery shells at the force only to launch another anti-tank guided missile at a Logistical Support vehicle and another group of soldiers just five minutes later. The guided missile directly hit the force, killing and injuring its crew, the Military Media confirmed on Tuesday.
Again, Hezbollah launched an attack on military forces to the south of the “Biranit” Barracks, at 4:30 pm, dealing direct hits to the intended target.
At 5:45, Hezbollah attacked the “Zar’it” settlement with a Falaq-1 rocket in response to Zionist attacks against Lebanese towns.
Just fifteen minutes later, Hezbollah launched an attack on the Roueissat al-Alam military site in occupied Lebanese Kfar Chouba and then hit the same site at 6:15 pm, targeting a grouping of soldiers in the vicinity of the site, dealing direct hits.
Later on Tuesday night, Hezbollah fighters attacked the Israeli al-Marj military site, targeting a logistical support team that had been reconstructing the site’s fortifications. Hezbollah fighters had previously attacked the site on multiple occasions, completely destroying it and putting it out of service.
Settlers doubtful of return to the north
Earlier, a settler who recruited others to colonize the occupied Lebanese town of al-Malikiyah said that “no one is protecting” her and other settlers, doubting whether she would return when the war ends.
Sivan Shoshani Partush and other settlers lived in Kibbutz “Malkiya”, over usurped Lebanese territories, where they built and expanded the colonial settlement, just 200 meters away from the line of Zionist withdrawal from Lebanon.
“There was fear, but I got over it, because that’s the choice I made, because someone was protecting me,” Partush said. “But now there’s a feeling that no one is protecting us,” she admitted.
Her statement comes after colonial outposts were outrun by Palestinian Resistance fighters on October 7 and as the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon – Hezbollah continues to target occupation sites across the Lebanese-Palestinian border, undeterred by the Zionist aggression.
