Six Zionist settlers were shot in a Palestinian shooting operation at the ‘Habarsa’ crossroads near the ‘Dolev’ settlement, west of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.
In more detail, the Resistance fighter who carried out the operation fired at cars on the ‘Habarsa’ crossroads and then retreated. Occupation forces engaged the lone fighter for over four hours in active combat.
An Zionist airforce helicopter had also been deployed in the chase and was actively firing at nearby locations.
Regarding the injuries, occupation forces had faced difficulties in evacuating one of the wounded settlers from the site of the operation. Two of the other injuries appear to be critical.
Zionist media also noted that a call was sent out to Palestinian homes and villages requesting the deletion of all footage related to the operation to protect the Palestinians’ identity.
The operation was described as an “exceptional event” and the shooter as an “expert”, with media reports adding that “It is crazy to think that one individual could extend the operation for over four hours against extensive forces, a drone, and war helicopter, that could not locate him.”
Zionist media declared, “We [the Zionist entity] are on the verge of losing control.”
Al Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigade, the armed wing of Fatah (with no relation any longer to the Palestinian Authority), declared full responsibility for the action. The Resistance fighter was Mujahid Barakat Mansour (32 years old) from the village of Deir Ibzi, west of Ramallah. He was a retired military officer in the Presidential Guard, and was recently freed from the Zionist dungeons.
Al Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigade full statement read:
“Then let those fight in the way of Allah who sell the life of this world for the Hereafter. And whoever fights in the way of Allah and is killed or achieves victory – We will bestow upon him a great reward.”

As part of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades’ responses to the ongoing aggression of the occupation, one of our fighters attacked a number of settlers’ cars and military reinforcements that came to their rescue near the settlement of “Dolev” west of the city of Ramallah this morning, Friday, 12 Ramadan 1445 AH / corresponding to 22-03-2024, and the clash lasted for more than 4 continuous hours, resulting in 7 zionists wounded with serious and critical wounds, ascending to the highest, the hero of this operation:

As the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades declare their responsibility for this heroic operation, they affirm the following:Firstly: This operation is a continuation of what the fighters of its brigades started in Nablus and Tubas this morning, where they confronted with all courage and capability the incursions of the zionist occupation forces into their cities with machine guns and explosive devices.
Secondly: This operation is part of a series of operations responding to the continuous aggression of the occupation against our steadfast people in Gaza and our brave prisoners, the latest of which were the operations of the Al-Aqsa Brigades in Gaza, Jenin, Al-Khalil, Tubas, and Nablus, over the past days, resulting in a number of dead and wounded.
Thirdly: We salute the sons of our nation rising up in an intifada in all areas of our revolutionary [West] Bank, who have written an epic in the past days in steadfastness and confrontation against this criminal enemy, especially in Nour Shams camp, Nablus, Jenin, Al-Khalil, and Tubas.
Fourthly: The continuation of the enemy’s aggression and its persistence against our people in Gaza, our Al-Aqsa, and our prisoners will ignite a fire that disperses its security and shakes its foundations.
Fifthly: The attempts and targeting of the enemy against our people’s fighters will not succeed in stopping our resistance, and the enemy’s incursions into our areas and camps will be an opportunity – by Allah’s will – for our fighters’ rifles and their explosives to reap more lives of the occupation soldiers and settlers. What is coming is more severe and greater.
And it is a revolution until victory, until victory, until victory…

The Popular Front praises the heroic shooting operation west of Ramallah and affirms that the enemy reaps the fruits of its criminality, arrogance, and erroneous calculations.
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine praised the heroic shooting operation targeting a bus of settlers west of Ramallah, which resulted in injuries among the zionists, affirming that it comes as a natural response to the ongoing genocide against our people in the Strip and the continuous assassinations of fighters in the West Bank.
The Front confirmed that the zionist enemy is reaping the fruits of its criminality, arrogance, and miscalculations as it has used all possible options to thwart any resistance activity in the West Bank through assassinations, raids, arrests, and systematic destruction of infrastructure, as well as tightening the siege and closures on the cities and camps of the West Bank. However, it is surprised by qualitative operations that strike at the heart of its security and intelligence system.
In conclusion of its statement, the Front reiterated its assertion that the resistance in the West Bank will escalate, evolve, and continue to exact a heavy price from the zionist enemy and the settlers, stressing that the ongoing goal of the resistance is to transfer the Gaza model to the West Bank and to engage in a real battle of attrition against the zionist enemy from the West Bank.
