Comrade Mónica Caballero was transferred this morning from San Miguel prison to the San Joaquín Women’s Detention Center, under heavy security measures by the Gendarmerie operational group.
The information is still scarce, so we will update when we have more data on the reasons and consequences of this arbitrary transfer.
