Gaza still amazes the world with its incredible resistance despite all forms of oppression it has been facing since the start of the brutal Zionist aggression on October 7. On the day 192 of the war, both people and resistance stand firm in face of the Zionist massacres and deliberate starvation.
Occupation attacks on Monday took place in several areas across the besieged enclave with the concentration was on Gaza Strip’s center.
Palestinian media reported attacks on two mosques, a UN-run school and the Malaysian school in the Nuseirat refugee camp.
Also in central Gaza, several residential homes and a market were subjected to occupation strikes. Elsewhere in northern Gaza, the Firas market was targeted. Strikes were also reported in the southern city of Rafah, according to Palestinian media.
Health Ministry in Gaza reported that 68 people were martyred and 94 others were injured in 7 massacres in the past 24 hours. It put the death toll of the aggression on Gaza Strip at 33,545.
Also on Monday, Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad resistance group released a video showing fighters targeting Zionist concentrations east Jabalia.
Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigade targeted military vehicles and soldiers with machine guns and explosive devices. While the Mujahideen Brigades used machine gun fire against the occupation east of Jabalia.
In the West Bank fierce clashes occured between the Resistance and occupation forces in Nablus. A 17 year old, Yazan Shtayyeh, was martyred in the clashes. A surveillance drone was also downed in Nablus today.
Hezbollah in Lebanon announced on Monday that it ambushed a force from the elite Golani Brigade that crossed into Lebanese territory from northern occupied Palestine.
In a statement, Hezbollah confirmed the ambush resulted in the killing and wounding of troops from the trespassing unit.
“After closely monitoring and anticipating the movements of enemy forces, fighters from the Islamic Resistance planted a number of explosive devices in the area of Tal Ismail,” detonating the IEDs after a unit from the Golani Brigade crossed the border and reached the location of the ambush.
Occupation media described the operation as “exceptional,” confirming that the Golani soldiers were targeted with explosives “on the border with Lebanon” early Monday, adding that the incident is being investigated.
The operation, according to Hezbollah, was “in support of the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and their brave and honorable Resistance.” They also launched five other attacks throughout the day.
Gaza Strip has been notably quiet since Iran’s retatliatory strike on the Zionist entity changed the equations of the Al-Aqsa Flood Battle.
Palestinians in Gaza experienced a calm night for the first time in more than six months, wrote the New York Times.
On Sunday, residents in the Gaza Strip said that as Iranian drones made their way to occupied Palestine on Saturday evening, the noise of Zionist drones and warplanes disappeared from the Strip’s sky.
“Finally some calmness after six months of buzzing and noises!” Yousef Mema, a Gazan activist wrote on Instagram.
As reported by NYT, another influencer, Mahmoud Shurrab, recorded himself walking in the middle of the street, the skies overhead quiet. “I can’t believe it, silence,” he said in a video posted on Instagram.
Fayez al-Samman, a 76-year-old car trader from Gaza City who is sheltering in Deir al-Balah, in central Gaza, said he spent the night listening to the news on the radio. “It was a surprise for me when I heard the missiles were targeting Zionist sites,” he said.
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine noted that “We are living through pivotal and historic moments admist the epic of the Al-Aqsa Flood, where recent developments have marked a significant turning point.” The attack “on military bases inside the entity have marked a qualitative leap in the history of the struggle with the enemy, creating new rules of engagement.” The continued that “the response broke the prestige of the zionist entity, revealing its fragility and inability to defend itself,” while “it suffers a strategic defeat.”
