The Palestinian Resistance continues to confront and inflict heavy losses on invading Zionist forces across Gaza for the 249th consecutive day as part of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, with fierce battles especially concentrated in Rafah and Gaza City.
The al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine, announced on Tuesday confronting occupation forces in Rafah, using machine guns, in addition to anti-tank missiles and anti-personnel weapons.
In a separate operation, the Resistance group said its fighters sniped at an occupation soldier in the Netzarim axis, south of Tal al-Hawa in Gaza City.
It also announced targeting the military site Kissufim with a barrage of rockets.
The al-Quds Brigades released footage of a coordinated attack with other Resistance factions, shelling occupation forces’ gatherings in the Netzarim.
On its part, the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades announced engaging in fierce battles with occupation soldiers and vehicles using appropriate weapons in the advancement axes in the Shaboura camp in Rafah, adding that they also targeted Zionist military gatherings with mortar shells.
The group also released scenes of its Resistance fighters shelling the Netzarim axis with 107mm rockets and heavy caliber mortar shells.
The Martyr Omar al-Qassem Force, the military wing of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP), announced the detonation of an explosive device under a military vehicle at the Abu al-Sabeer junction in the Shaboura camp, adding that the IED destroyed part of the vehicle, confirming the killing and wounding of its crew members.
In a statement, the Martyr Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades said that, in response to the Zionist crimes against the Palestinian people, its artillery unit targeted occupation forces stationed east of Rafah and in the Tal Zo’rob area with heavy caliber 120mm mortar shells.
Moreover, the al-Mujahideen Brigades targeted occupation forces’ gatherings, east of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza, with a barrage of 107mm rockets.
While the Resistance continues conducting its operations, Zionist media admitted on Tuesday that four soldiers were killed in the booby-trapped building detonated by the al-Qassam on Monday in Rafah.
The Zionist media added that 18 soldiers were injured in the IED ambush.
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon – Hezbollah announced on Tuesday a series of operations against occupation military sites and soldiers, which it said were in support of the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and their brave and honorable Resistance and in response to the aggression on steadfast Lebanese towns and villages.
The operations came as follows:
- The Air Defense Unit of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon confronted a hostile Zionist military aircraft that violated Lebanese airspace, launching a surface-to-air missile toward it and forcing it to retreat.
- At 9:00 am, Hezbollah fighters attacked a gathering of soldiers in the vicinity of the Netu’a settlement with appropriate weapons, achieving a direct hit and inflicting casualties among its members.
- Hezbollah fighters bombarded the headquarters of the artillery regiment and the armored brigade of the 210th Golan Division in the Yarden barracks with dozens of Katyusha rockets in response to the Israeli aggression on the Bekaa.
- Hezbollah fighters targeted a building used by soldiers in the Metulla settlement with appropriate weapons, achieving a direct hit in response to the aggression on the town of Aitaroun a day before.
- At 4:00 pm, Hezbollah attacked a gathering of soldiers in the Bar’am Forest with rocket artillery, achieving a direct hit.
- Hezbollah fighters targeted buildings used by soldiers in the settlement of Misgav Am with appropriate weapons, hitting them directly, in response to the aggression on the town of Aitaroun.
- Hezbollah fighters targeted the al-Ramtha site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Chouba Hills with rockets, achieving a direct hit.
- Hezbollah fighters shelled the Kfar Blum settlement with dozens of Katyusha rockets in response to the aggression on the town of Kafra and the injury of civilians.
- Hezbollah fighters shelled the Gasher Haziv settlement with dozens of Katyusha rockets in response to the aggression on the town of Naqoura and the subsequent martyrdom of a civilian.
- Hezbollah fighters attacked the position and base of soldiers at the Birket Risha site with appropriate weapons, achieving a direct hit and inflicting casualties among the soldiers, in response to the aggression on the Bekaa.
Zionist media described Tuesday as a “very intense day of fighting in the north,” which saw dozens of rockets, anti-tank missiles, and explosive drones infiltrating northern occupied Palestine, calling it a “major headache” for the Zionist Air Force’s detection and interception system.
In a related context, the Military Media of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon published footage of Hezbollah fighters shelling a building housing soldiers in the Metulla settlement in northern occupied Palestine.
It also released footage of Resistance fighters targeting the espionage equipment at the Zionist al-Radar site in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms.
The Military Media also published footage of the Resistance targeting the al-Ramtha site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Chouba Hills.
In addition, it published footage of the Resistance targeting the Birket Risha site along the border with occupied Palestine.
Hezbollah also mourned on Tuesday its Resistance fighters Abbas Nasser (Abu Haidar) from the southern Lebanese town of Tayr Felsay, Bilal Alaeddin (Bassel) from the southern Lebanese town of Majdal Selm, and Hadi Moussa (Alaa) from the town of Shebaa.
Hezbollah significantly mourned a leader of the Resistance Talib Sami Abdullah, “Hajj Talib”, on the path of al-Quds early on Wednesday.
Martyr Hajj Talib was born in Aadchit, South Lebanon, in 1969 and was a prominent leader in the Islamic Resistance’s ranks.
The announcement follows multiple strikes that targeted a residential building in Jwayya, South Lebanon earlier on Tuesday night.
According to reports, several others were injured in the aggression.
