Barricades and Molotovs in Solidarity with Recently Arrested Comrades in Chile

Incendiary Outing at Universidad de Chile (JGM) in Solidarity with July 6 Prisoners

On Friday, July 12, at the Juan Gómez Milla faculty of the University of Chile, pamphlets were thrown, banners were unfurled, barricades were set up and clashes with Molotov cocktails were set up against the presence of the Carabineros (COP), in solidarity with the comrades arrested on July 6 in the framework of an investigation into the planting of explosive devices on a Nissan car and a police car.

On canvases and pamphlets, it was displayed: “Freedom for political prisoners”, “in the daily void we vindicate our comrades murdered, tortured and imprisoned”, “My children are in you, the rebels. Luisa Toledo mother of the combatant people” and “Behind the media show and police actions, the only thing there is is a political coup, against a social project of popular organization that carries the legacy of Luisa Toledo, on the same day that one more year of her death was commemorated. Miserable and deluded, we do not leave any aggression unanswered!”
