The Palestinian Resistance continued to defend against the Zionist ground invasion and occupation of several axes in the Gaza Strip and launched rocket attacks on occupation positions in the Gaza Envelope on Friday.
Hamas’ al-Qassam Brigades utilized its locally produced Rajoum rocket artillery shells to target a number of Zionist positions within the Gaza Strip and outside it.
It fired the rockets at occupation forces in the Netzarim Axis, which splits the northern Gaza Strip from the rest of the besieged territory. It also targeted the Miftahim grouping with the 114 mm rockets and the Nirim military site to the northeast of Khan Younis.
Sirens sounded in the Nirim settlement at 3:29 pm (local time) on Friday and several rockets hit the area.
In eastern Rafah, the al-Mujahideen Brigades detonated an improvised barrel bomb into an M-113 armored personnel carrier (APC).
The Brigades revealed that two of its fighters were martyred in a drone strike as they planted the bomb on Thursday, however, another group of fighters was able to complete the mission. The two martyred fighters were field commander Bilal Hassan Hussein al-Aarjani and fighter Munir Talaat al-Najjar.
The Brigades also fired two locally-produced Haseb rockets at occupation forces to the east of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.
Several other factions executed rocket and mortar attacks on Friday.
The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine’s (DFLP) National Resistance Brigades launched a mortar attack on occupation forces advancing into the city of Rafah.
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine’s (PFLP) Abu Ali Mustapha Brigades fired a salvo of rockets toward occupation forces in the Netzarim Axis. It also launched a joint rocket attack with the al-Nasser Salah al-Din Brigades, targeting the command and control rooms of occupation forces on the same axis.
The al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades targeted the same command and control rooms utilizing large-caliber mortar shells.
Friday marked the 316th day of the Zionist war on Gaza where the Palestinian Resistance continues to carry out its attacks against occupation forces, despite an unprecendeted and destructive war on the besieged territory.
Hezbollah releases video of Imad 4 facility
Hezbollah, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, has released a new video showcasing a sophisticated underground facility and an extensive tunnel network, complete with missile launchpads.
The video titled “Our Mountains, Our Strongholds” features the Imad 4 facility, which highlights the Resistance’s missile capabilities.
The footage reveals Hezbollah freedom fighters inside a sophisticated underground complex, with visible signs marking the facility as Imad 4, and displaying the Quranic verse: “Prepare against them whatever you can of [military] power.”
The video also shows missile trucks moving from within the facility toward a blast door, preparing them for launch.
In the video excerpts from a speech by Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah were used, during which he asserts that “the resistance is stronger than ever since its inception in the region.”
Media dissects Hezbollah’s video
Al Mayadeen’s sources revealed that Imad 4 features a state-of-the-art technical system and a secure communication network that links it to the outside world, allowing it to receive launch orders within minutes, adding that the network’s communications are said to be highly encrypted for added security.
The sources also disclosed that the facility is equipped with a comprehensive logistics team, as well as dedicated construction, security, and backup launch teams. These teams operate based on pre-determined coordinates for launching operations.
In addition, the facility, according to exclusive sources, is outfitted with a field hospital and enough supplies to sustain its occupants for a period ranging from eight months to a year.
The same sources also noted that the Resistance maintains larger, more critical facilities designed to accommodate larger and heavier rockets, including precision missiles.
It is worth noting that the video comes shortly after US special envoy Amos Hochstein arrived in Beirut, warning that time is running out to secure a Gaza ceasefire and a deal for the release of Zionist captives, which could also bring an end to the situation on the Lebanese-Palestinian borders.
Concurrently, parties involved in the Doha negotiations are set to continue their meetings on Friday, as the ongoing Zionist genocide in Gaza nears its 11-month mark.
Hezbollah announced on Friday a new series of operations its fighters carried out against occupation military sites and troops.
Hezbollah said its operations were in support of the “steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and their brave and honorable Resistance,” as well as in response to the attacks “on the steadfast southern villages and safe homes.”
The Resistance said its fighters targeted at 1:15 pm a bunker where Zionist soldiers were positioned at the Birket Risha site with guided weapons, hitting it directly and resulting in confirmed casualties.
At 2:40 pm, Hezbollah bombarded a deployment of Zionist soldiers in the vicinity of the Metat barracks with rocket weapons and achieved a precise hit.
The Islamic Resistance confirmed that its fighters also bombarded at 4:30 pm a deployment of Zionist soldiers in the vicinity of the Jal al-Deir site with Falaq rockets.
Later, Hezbollah targeted the al-Assi site with artillery shells, hitting it directly.
Regarding its operations in response to the Zionist assaults on southern Lebanese towns and villages, the Islamic Resistance said its fighters targeted buildings used by soldiers in the Netua settlement with unnamed “appropriate weapons”.
In addition, Hezbollah confirmed that it launched an aerial attack with a swarm of one-way drones on the headquarters of the armored battalions of the 188th Brigade in the Revaya barracks in the occupied Syrian Golan. It said the attack targeted the positions and groupings of officers and soldiers, striking the intended targets with precision and causing confirmed casualties.
Moreover, the Resistance said it targeted buildings used by Zionist soldiers in the Metulla settlement with unnamed “appropriate weapons” in response to the Zionist attacks on southern villages and safe homes, especially in Kfar Kila.
At 10:50 pm, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the Zionist artillery emplacements in al-Zaoura with artillery rockets.
Hezbollah also mourned its Resistance fighter martyr Ibrahim Shawqi Salameh (Alaa), from the southern Lebanese town of Blida, on the path to [liberating occupied] al-Quds.
Meanwhile, the occupation continues its attacks on Lebanon, targeting the towns of Maroun al-Ras, Hanin, Aitaroun, Kfar Kila, and al-Khiyam.
Firefighting teams worked to extinguish the fires that broke out as a result of the Zionist bombing of Bint Jbeil.
