It is important to understand that the Power is applying solitary confinement as an intra-prison regime to combat anarchism in different parts of the world, using the most severe measures contemplated by prison systems to annihilate once and for all the ideas and practices that are enemies of all forms of authority. That is not news. Throughout history there are many moments in which states have decided to put an end to anarchism, but they have not succeeded.
Now it is up to us not only to prevent authority from fulfilling its purpose of annihilation, but to emerge stronger from this, generating the conditions and moments that make the powerful tremble.
In this sense, revolutionary solidarity plays a decisive role to the extent that it knows that by striking at Power and generating autonomous instances of struggle, it breaks, in some way, with isolation.
Revolutionary solidarity that does not see the prisoner as an inactive individual with whom one must unquestionably show solidarity, but as a comrade who continues to be part of the struggle and who, therefore, is active in the exchange of visions of the different initiatives that are carried out.
I send a hug full of complicity to all the groups and individuals who carry revolutionary solidarity implicitly in their daily struggles. That they are at all times persistently and obstinately confronted with this society that needs prisons, control, predation and exploitation to perpetuate itself. That they are conspiring and devising new ways to spread anarchic propaganda, carrying out attacks and showing solidarity with their imprisoned comrades. To all of them a big hug.
With Luciano Pitronello in his memory. A comrade, a warrior who never gave up. Who tirelessly and obstinately fought with all means to build spaces of freedom and destroy authority.
Anarchist and subversive prisoners to the streets! Luciano Pitronello lives in every attack!
Let the prisons burst!
Long live anarchy!
