The Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of Islamic Jihad, have announced successful operations carried out by their combat formations in the Sila Al-Harithiya and Sila Al-Dhar areas within the Jenin Battalion’s sector. Following the restoration of communication with one of the fighting units in the Sila Al-Dhar company, the Brigades confirmed that at dawn today, fighters detonated an improvised explosive device against an enemy infantry foot patrol during the occupation’s incursion into the town, achieving confirmed casualties.
In a separate operation, fighters in the Sila Al-Harithiya company detonated a directed “Sijeel” type IED against a military jeep at the entrance of Sila. The Brigades affirmed that their fighters continue to confront the occupation forces’ incursion across multiple axes, responding to the field conditions and developments.
The operations reaffirm that the resistance in the West Bank remains active, capable, and determined to defend the land and the people, inflicting pain on the occupation forces with every incursion.
