Hezbollah fighters repel zionist  advance attempt to Zawtar al-Sharqiyah

In light of circulating reports about occupation forces’ entry and control of Zawtar al-Sharqiyah in southern Lebanon, reports affirmed that they are entirely unfounded.

In fact, since dawn on Tuesday, Resistance fighters have been engaged in intense and sustained confrontations on the outskirts of the town, repelling repeated attempts by occupation forces to advance. According to field reports, the confrontations began following heavy zionist preparatory fire, including intensive airstrikes and artillery shelling across the area.

As the troops tried to advance, Resistance fighters confronted them with coordinated rocket fire, artillery shells, and drone operations, in addition to engaging them in close-quarters combat. The confrontations inflicted heavy losses on Israeli personnel and equipment, as Resistance units maintained defensive positions and continued confrontations throughout the night.

Reports zionist entry, control of Zawtar al-Sharqiya outright false

After reports spread regarding the occupation forces entry to and capture of the town of Zawtar al-Sharqiya, reporters in southern Lebanon confirmed that they are outright false.

On that note, correspondents reported that confrontations between Resistance fighters and Israeli occupation forces are taking place along the riverbanks and surrounding terrain, where Resistance units are actively targeting supply routes and military vehicles using drones, rocket salvos, and artillery fire.

According to the field reports, close-quarters combat is still ongoing between the Resistance and Israeli occupation forces on the outskirts of the town.

The correspondent also reported drones launched from Lebanon toward northern occupied territories, noting that Resistance operations continue to target gatherings and positions of the Israeli occupation forces, including direct strikes on command centers.

He added that the successive operations reflect a high level of surveillance, tracking, and fire coordination by the Resistance, despite the ongoing Israeli air and intelligence blockade over southern Lebanon.

Hezbollah publishes footage of operations

Hezbollah’s Military Media also published footage documenting operations carried out recently against Israeli assets, soldiers, and more, in southern Lebanon.

Hezbollah published footage of an operation on May 22 targeting an IOF Merkava tank using an Ababil FPV in the town of Markaba, southern Lebanon.

The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon also released footage of an operation, dated May 26, 2026, targeting a zionist military Humvee in the town of Bint Jbeil in South Lebanon, with the Ababil FPV drone.

In the background of the drone setting, the fighters showed a banner, saying this operation is dedicated to the martyrs of the Shajareh Tayyebeh Elementary School in Minab.

Ansar Allah declares support for Hezbollah a duty

Ansar Allah leader Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi said that Hezbollah continues to confront the zionist aggression with “steadfastness, resilience, and effectiveness,” while calling on Muslims across the region to support both Hezbollah and the Palestinian people.

In remarks delivered during a speech on Tuesday on the eve of Eid al-Adha, Sayyed al-Houthi urged the Islamic nation to use religious occasions to strengthen unity, awareness, and collective resolve, particularly “under the US-Israeli assault.”

He said Iran’s position in confronting Israeli and Western pressure should serve as a “catalyst for strengthening Islamic brotherhood and enhancing cooperation among the peoples of the region against Zionism,” adding that the broader Islamic world should draw lessons from Tehran’s steadfastness in confronting US-Israeli aggression.

‘Greater Israel’ threatens entire region

Sayyed al-Houthi warned that the Israeli project pursued under the banner of establishing “Greater Israel” and reshaping the “Middle East” does not target Palestine alone, but threatens the entire region and all its peoples.

He also described the suffering of the Palestinian people as “a deep wound in the body of the Islamic nation,” arguing that continued inaction by Muslim countries only allows “Israel” to expand its aggression further.

“The duty of Muslims is to provide every form of support to the Palestinian people, their resistance fighters, and Hezbollah in Lebanon,” he said.

The Ansar Allah leader added that the Yemeni people had not remained passive in the face of the war on Gaza Strip and had not abandoned their “sacred responsibilities” in confronting oppression and tyranny.

Resistance Tribute

Earlier Tuesday, the political bureau of Ansar Allah marked the 26th anniversary of Lebanon’s Resistance and Liberation Day, praising martyred Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah for leading the Resistance movement “through the darkest circumstances” and carrying it “into an era of victories.”

The movement also renewed congratulations to the Lebanese people, Hezbollah, and Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem, while warning against normalization with “Israel” and stressing that Lebanon would have remained vulnerable to Israeli aggression without the sacrifices of the Resistance.
