You have the power, but we have the night: anti-militarist attack in Hamburg-Altona
How can we act against the wars that are co-financed and supported from here? For example, by attacking the infrastructure that makes these wars possible from here. This is what we did on the night of March 24, 2014 in Hamburg-Altona, setting fire to a company car from Noske-Kaeser.
Noske-Kaeser is one of the most established suppliers of marine equipment. It supplies air conditioning and ventilation systems, protection for the transport of radioactive material, fire suppression systems and other material for submarines and military vessels to the Bundeswehr [German Army], the British Navy, the armies of Israel, South Korea, Australia, France and so on. The company operates all over the world and in the last 50 years alone has equipped and overhauled 200 boats and 81 submarines. Among these, and together with Thyssen Krupp, 50 boats and 6 submarines on behalf of the Bundeswehr. Since 2000, it has also supported the Bundeswehr with war equipment in Kosovo, Turkey, Cyprus, Afghanistan and Mali. In Kiel, Noske-Kaeser provided the armament of 6 ships for the Israeli Navy. The managing director is Thomas Arlit and the operational site is BREDO DRY Docks GmbH in Bremerhaven. All work is carried out there. Noske-Kaeser is jointly responsible for the wars in which Germany, England, Israel, France, etc., are involved.
The Noske-Kaeser has also equipped the largest frigate of the Bundeswehr that has just set sail for the war in Yemen. Another war that NATO is waging and that is portrayed by the media as absolutely devoid of alternatives and controversies. In no uncertain terms, the combat mission in the Red Sea has been named “Prosperity Guardian”.
Let’s fight for anti-militarism, let’s oppose the companies that make millions from exterminations and wars and that enrich themselves on the misery of people, animals and nature. Anti-militarism must take shape in the streets and at night, and must be actively practiced. Words and arguments are not enough for us, so we oppose with deeds war, exploitation and the accumulation of wealth by individuals, which are based on murder and abuse of others and the environment. With all the means at our disposal.
